- Amount and substiantiality: whole of a single publicity shot but at low resolution, insufficient for print publication.
- Effect on work's value: Picture is a publicity still sent to the press at the time (1950s) intended for free publication. This picture was given away at no cost. The picture was intended purely for advertising the product pictured, which is no longer offered. Additionally, the company issuing the photograph is no longer in business. Thus, the commercial value of this picture to the copyright holder is nil.
