Spyker automobiles on postage stamps
Fair use for Spyker
The image Spykerstamp.jpg is being linked here; though probably the picture is originally copyright, I (MH 15:36, 2004 Jun 11 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:
- it is a low resolution scan of stamps from my personal collection;
- it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell stamps in any way;
- copies could not be used to make illegal copies;
- it is a signifcant scene of historically famous automobile brand;
- it is of lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
- the scan is only being used for non profit and informational purposes.
- its inclusion in the article adds to the article because it shows the subject of this article and the historic relevance to the general public.
