Lambda Phi Epsilon

ΛΦΕ (Lambda Phi Epsilon) (also LPhiE, Lambdas) is a nationally recognized Asian-Interest fraternity based in the United States.
Crest of Lambda Phi Epsilon (pictured) was designed by a member from Texas. It was presented at an Annual National Convention during Memorial Day weekend.
Founded in UCLA on February 25, 1981, Lambda Phi Epsilon has since expanded throughout California and through the West Coast of America. Lambda Phi Epsilon quickly chartered to schools in Texas and into the East Coast with the University at Buffalo - Nu Chapter being the first. In Fall 2004, Lambda Phi Epsilon added University of Toronto, thereby making Lambda Phi Epsilon an international fraternity.

Nu Chapter was the first Asian-Interest chapter chartered on the American East Coast. Starting as Delta Gamma Tau, on September 15, 1992 Delta Gamma Tau decided to merge with Lamba Phi Epsilon (effectively taking on Lambda Phi Epsilon's letters) to unify organizations with identical purposes and strengthen the Asian voice in the school community.

Today, Lambda Phi Epsilon stands 44 chapters strong and as such is the largest Asian-Interest fraternity in the United States.
