Shane Brandon McMahon (born January 15, 1970 in Gaithersburg, Maryland) is the son of World Wrestling Entertainment owner Vince McMahon, brother to Stephanie McMahon-Levesque and the WWE Executive Vice President of Global Media. The 6'2" (1.88 m) McMahon is sometimes a performer; in his occasional in-ring appearances, he has become noted for extremely high-risk moves, including one dive onto The Big Show from a 40-foot tower (albeit with ample padding underneath his target).

Shane McMahon was once a color-commentator on Sunday Night Heat. He left his job to become a loyal ally to his father, Vince. During his occasional runs as a competitor, he captured the now-defunct Hardcore and European championships. His notable feuds includes with Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kurt Angle, personal friend Steve Blackman, Test, X-Pac and just to name a few. He also has some memorable matches, including a Street Fight against his father Vince McMahon at WrestleMania X-Seven. This match ended with Shane performing a dropkick off the top rope onto a trash can lying across Vince on the other side of the ring. Most recently, he was involved in a rivalry with the already-unmasked Kane which culminated in Shane losing a Last Man Standing Match at Unforgiven 2003 and in an Ambulance Match at Survivor Series 2003. After Survivor Series, Shane left RAW to focus his attention on the executive creative staff and on his new family. At WrestleMania XX Shane appeared briefly on camera with Vince and his baby boy - three generations of the McMahon family.

He is married to WWE publicist Marissa Mazzola, the mother of his aforementioned son, Declan James.
