Note added after the following section: references to www dot ntsearch dot com trigger Wikipedia's spam filter. So I have edited the following contribution, adding a SPURIOUS "Z" after the ntsearch. Please remove the "Z" temporarily if you want to follow the link, or permanently if the web site is removed from the spam list.
The word "Citat" is used to point out quotes from other web sites. I'm a german myself and I think this is a mistranslation of the german word "Zitat" which means quotation. Actually, I found that the spelling "Citat" was used formerly in at least one country in which German is spoken (Switzerland).
So shouldn't this read "citation" or "quotation"? My english dictionary may be outdated, but "quote" is described as being informal.

Viruses
Can viruses be considered to be micro-organisms (but not microbes)? Is there a generic term to include both viruses and bacteria? 213.208.107.91 04:19, 31 Dec 2004 (UTC)

- All unicellular organisms are able to self-reproduce without help of other organisms, unlike viruses.
The statement is either false or misleading. There are a number of bacteria that can only survive as symbionts. This needs to be clarified if it is to be reinserted. (I don't think that it's very important) AdamRetchless 19:57, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)
