Historical origin of yo-yos
Someone needs to research the origins of the yo-yo. It was originally developed as a weapon, right? --Dante Alighieri 22:22 19 May 2003 (UTC)
I thought they were a weapon used in Malaysia? Or the Phillipeans? They were brought over to the UK in 192x
Banning of yo-yos
Hasn't Yo-yos been banned in several places including the UK and some Australian states?

Where did you hear that? Don't think it's ever been banned in the UK, as I've owned a number of Yo-yos myself, although it's been at least 5 years since I last had one.
