The Mark of the Rani is a serial in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who, which was first broadcast in two weekly parts from February 2 to February 9, 1985.
Synopsis
In 19th Century England, the Sixth Doctor finds himself facing two competing enemies: the Master, who is plotting to kill some of the key figures of the Industrial Revolution and the Rani (another rogue Time Lord), who is stealing brain chemicals from humans to help her keep control of the population of the planet she rules.
