I am a new registered user at wikipedia.org and hope to add some usefull items to the list. I spend some time rewriting the Tarantula article and the roman empire article. Hope it is a good contribution.

Alright a little summary for those who are really interested :x

I am an US Citizen, born in New York city in 1984, when I was 3 years old I moved with my mother to The Netherlands, Amsterdam. When I was seven (2nd grade compared to US system), I was diagnosed to be dyslectic and when I had to chose a highschool (end of 6th grade US system), my teacher advised me to go to a MAVO highschool (a school specialized to prepare students for minor clerical work). On the advise of my dyslexia remedial teacher, I went to a kind of highschool that we call Gymnasium in the netherlands. A special kind of highschool that is specialized in preparing students for a university education (that is vwo) along with 3 years of latin and 2 years of ancient greek and I then chose to keep latin in the last 3 years of highschool. I chose a double beta profile in those last 3 years, aiming for engineering/biology (Majors including Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics), Nature & Engineering (beta profile with adv. fysics and adv. chemistry) along with Nature & Health (beta profile with Biology).

After graduating when I was 17, I took one year off, spending part of it in Italy, part in the Netherlands. Last year I started an undergraduate study of Electrical Engineering at the University of Twente,aiming (http://www.utwente.nl) for the graduate program of Mechatronics (the field concerned with Robotics). However I didn't like the curriculum so I am switching this year to the new undergraduate program Advanced Technology (40% general engineering, social studies and psychology, 60% free room, which I can fill up with classes I would have in EE), with this program I will still be able to take Mechatronics at the end of 3 yrs. The reason why I sidestepped EE is that I didn't like the way the program was layed out (it couldn't keep my interest), I missed the alpha programs I had in highschool (history, languages (and that while I am severely dyslectic) and social studies), which AT does provide in its program.

At the moment I am trying to learn to draw better (using the book "The New Drawing on the Right side of the brain"). Besides that I am trying to write a Fantasy book, but maybe I am just in love with thinking about writing a book. And I am also trying to learn how to use a photocamera.

Besides that I am an avid player of Natural Selection (computer game) and an Admin on the Voogru (http://www.voogru.com) servers of that game.
