Betty was released in 1994 by Helmet though Interscope Records.

"Milquetoast" also appeared on The Crow soundtrack as "Milktoast".

"Betty" represented a more musically broad approach by Helmet, with forays into Blues, Hip-Hop, and Indie Rock.
