Jeremiah Don Pancho (born 1978) is a Filipino-born Australian musician who became publicly known through the 2004 Popstars Live series. Coming from a musical family, Pancho through his teen years played in various rock bands along the Gold Coast, Australia. Pancho was persuaded to perform on Popstars Live after being spotted by a Seven Network television scout, performing "With Arms Wide Open", a 2000 Creed single, at a bar. Although Popstars, and generally programs like American Idol and Australian Idol, focus on individuals singing pop ballads, Pancho's guitar-based rock songs have won him a popular following with audiences. His untimely elimination from the show has left fans nationwide heartbroken and in disbelief.
Meanwhile, Don Pancho is now back on track performing with his brothers Josh and Jericho as one of Gold Coast's reputable 3 piece rock outfit called The DNA ROCK http://www.thednarock.com and has released their self-titled debut album under their family-owned label 5th Element Records. The band has already earned a big wrap for their musical skills and is now heading for stardom.
Pancho appeared on the 2004 Popstars Live album Popstars Live: The Finalists, performing "Tainted Love" as well as being part of the group single "Stand Up Next to Me".
