Wendy Testaburger is a fictional character in the animated cartoon television series, South Park.

Wendy used to be the girlfriend of Stan Marsh -- and she even killed the substitute teacher for threatening to steal Stan from her -- but later in the series they seemed to lose interest in each other. She officially broke up with Stan in the Season 7 episode Raisins. It seems that she now dates Token, though her only role of prominence since this episode, Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset, does not make it clear if the relationship is still going on. She also hates Cartman, although in the Season 4 episode, Chef Goes Nanners, she fell temporarily in love with him and kissed him. She also became the 5th member of Cartman's boy band Fingerbang - after wowing the boys with a song, similar to the popular euphemistic Miss Susie rhyme. The lyrics to the song are as follows:

Mrs. Landers was a health nut! She cooked food in a wok!
Mr. Harris was her boyfriend and he had a great big
Cock-a-doodle-doodle! The rooster just won't quit!
And I don't want my breakfast, because it tastes like
Shih Tzus make good house pets! They're cuddly and sweet!
Monkeys aren't good to have 'cause they like to beat their
Meeting in the office, or meeting in the hall!
The boss, he wants to see you so you can suck his
Balzac was a writer! He lived with Allen Funt!
Mrs. Roberts didn't like him, but that's 'cause she's a
Contaminated water can really make you sick!
Your bladder gets infected and blood comes out your
Dictate what I'm saying, 'cause it will bring you luck
And if you all don't like it, I don't give a flying fuck!

(Yes, it is known that Honore de Balzac died in 1850 and Allen Funt (of Candid Camera fame) was born in 1914. The lyrics stand.)

Wendy's best friend is a blond-haired girl named Bebe. In the season 6 episode Bebe’s Boobs Destroy Society, Wendy gets breast implants because of her jealousy towards Bebe's developing breasts and in spite of her mother's concerns.

Wendy has had four voices during the series' run: Mary Kay Bergman, Eliza Schneider, Mona Marshall, and Gracie Lazar.

She has an unconventional fashion sense. She wears a pink beret, a purple jacket, and yellow pants. She also wears blue mittens. Underneath her beret is a head of black hair with bangs. Wendy's character is based on Liane Adamo, a former love interest of South Park creator Trey Parker.
